Lunar Yoga

I love attending Yoga classes at Lunar Yoga ! The owner is so kind and accommodating. There is an informational email sent out each month with details about the events available that month and class details . During the class I typically attend on Sunday mornings the instructor is great with verbal directions on the flow of poses and variations to do them at your own pace and comfortability. I look forward to the class each week for relaxation and grounding. I would definitely recommend this yoga studio to my family and friends!

My yoga journey is very sporadic, however I always feel welcome when I walk through the doors at Lunar Yoga. The owner, Mandy, is absolutely amazing. She has done great things with the studio since acquiring it and I can't wait to see her vision come to life. All classes provide modifications, if needed, which is great for me since I am not consistently practicing, and also allows for a more welcoming experience rather than having the feeling of "trying to keep up". Mandy also hosts at least 4-5 events/month, whether inside or outside the studio. Her latest is a Vino & Yoga Sesh at Talk of the Table - what's better than some yoga and wine?! I am absolutely in love with Lunar Yoga and highly suggest it to anyone who practices and/or as a drop-in yoga studio every so often. It's like a family you never knew you needed!

I dropped into a vinyasa class while I was in town visiting a friend and enjoyed a class taught by the owner, Mandy. She lead a great flow, offered modifications, and encouraged students to acknowledge where they were presently. In speaking with Mandy after class I was very impressed with the training she has received and hope to take a yin or slow flow class next time I am in town.

I had been practicing yoga at home and was searching for a studio that fit my needs and where I would feel comfortable when I discovered Yoga Selah. I felt right at home on my first visit. The instructors are very professional, highly educated and welcoming. The space is clean, safe and aesthetically pleasing. I also completed their teacher training program which is top notch. I have learned so much about yoga and myself through attending their classes. Yoga Selah is a true gem and you will not find a better place to advance your practice!

I’ve been going here once a week for a month or so now and have had excellent experiences in each class. Out of the four instructors I’ve had, each practice has been unique, challenging, and enjoyable. The studio is clean and well equipped and the class sizes seem well fit to the space without any feeling of being too close to others.
